Thanks for all your help in advance people.

Is the standard across all characters 1 feat every 4 levels and 1 ability
point every 4 levels then... whatever bonus feats applicable to that
character i.e a fighter gets a bonus feat every two levels are added on. I'm
trying to work out a barbarian/ weapon master build that will be as powerful
as possible with the human race. Hmm would it be worth also having some
levels in fighter?

Also why is it that no matter what combination of items I use on my Level27
Wizard he can't get more than 34 int. at this stage. Also do epic wizards
continue to get spells per day or is the ony way to increase wiz spells per
day after lvl 20 by increasing intelligence?

Thanks all.

That would allow you to get your first WM level faster, as WM requires a lot
of feats. But don't forget that Barb uses d12 for hit points, and the high
level rage is really powerful.

Modifier of same type do not stack... except Dodge bonus. Also Int. granted
by magic and items will not grant extra spells per day. Multi-classing in
Palemaster will give more spells per day also.

Thanks for the reply but I know as fact that my Wizard has two rings of int.
+6 and if I take them off then I lose 1, 2 or 3 spells per day across the
various spell levels. When I put them back on I get the spells per day back.
Also with 1 of the rings on my int. is 28 with both on it is 34... so
ability modifiers do stack.

Same thing with charisma bonuses for my sorcerer and her spells per day.

Does anyone have any more specific info about character feats and stats, I'm
pretty sure im on the right track but feel free to correct me if you wish.

Thanks for taking the time to reply.
Happy Gaming. :-)

You're welcome in retrospect.

It is one feat every three levels, and one ability point every four levels.

Correct.

Weapon masters require six feats as pre-requisites. Assuming a human
character, you would be need 12 levels of barbarian before you could get
one level of weapon master. And that's not taking into account you might
want an exotic weapon or dual-wielding. A fighter can meet the
requirements in six levels.

What's your base INT? IIRC, there is a cap of +12 to magic increases to
ability scores.

This one I don't know. I don't think number of spells per day increases,
but I've never tried it out.

You know, I'm actually obsessed enough that I've made an Excel table listing
how many feats any given character can get. Craziest by far is Fighter, with
a total of 34 feats at level 40, even 36 as human. For some reason my human
fighters get 3 feats at first level, even though no manual lists the 3rd
feat anywhere. Same number of feats can be achieved with a Fighter/Champion
of Torm, if the prestige class goes no higher than 10th level. Up to 10th
level the Champion of Torm gets as many bonus feats as a Fighter. At 11+ he
gets only one bonus feat per 3 levels, while a Fighter continues to get one
every two levels.

Thanks heaps guys. Anyone know about the wizard question. I suspect that you
dont get any more spells per day because i have now hit lvl 27 and i only
got more spells when i increased my int. after lvl 20.

Every Character gets one feat at level 1
Every fighter gets a bonus feat at level 1
Every human gets a bonus feat at level 1

3 feats ;)

Every fighter gets a bonus feat at level 1
And that's exactly the one I've missed :)
